The Sound of Silence

If you are the mother of a 4 year old and 2 year old and you suddenly find yourself with ample time to clean up the breakfast dishes without interruption. . . BE AFRAID, be very afraid.
Andrew had a little bit of fun with Mommy's mascara. He isn't so adept at applying it to his eyes but he did a pretty good job of spreading it ALL OVER my bathroom carpet. Sigh! He knew he was busted when I walked in on him - quite a guilty little look as he tried to throw the evidence away. (I'm not sure it did his sty any good. It is still healing; we're on round two of antibiotics.)

Too cute! How amazing is it that you think you have your kids situated so that you can get a few things done.... And then, it's silent...very silent!! Been there!!! Just wait for the new baby...you'll enjoy more of these moments!!! Keep the stories coming! Nikki
