Vacation 2010: Tea Parties & Performances

One of Anika's most FAVORITE thing about being with her cousins, Karissa & Alethea, is putting on tea parties and performances for everyone. We had a tea party and a garden party while we were there. They also did two performances - one singing and one dancing. It was so much fun. Hopefully, I can get some video up here too.

The first tea party -- we made a fancy Raspberry-Apple Danish spread that Aunt Heather found.

The second time around we made it a garden party and enjoyed our juice instead of tea -- but we still had fancy glasses (and clothes!).

The little ones joined us too.

On Father's Day we were treated to a "Beat Girls" concert. (Karissa had just spent the week in dance camp so she did a great job of putting this together with the younger girls. It was so delightful. They did 8 songs so it was about 25 min. long. Quite the show:-)

They had also put together posters and programs as well as assigned seating. It was a very professional production. (Anika was in her element!)
