The rain has passed for the moment and we are enjoying the most BEAUTIFUL day. So here are some things on our list of "Things to do on a beautiful day!" 
- run errands with a stroller
- walk to the library
- eat lunch outside
- enjoy an orange right off the tree in the back yard
- dig in the dirt
- throw a ball to the dog
- read a book in the sun
- ride a bike/trike/scooter
- absorb Vitamin D
- practice baseball & basketball skills
- lay on the fresh cut grass
- take pictures of my happy kids & dog
- (wash grass stains and dirt out of 4 pairs of jeans/pants/shoes/shirts!)

Your post made me grin! It was a beautiful day...the almond trees seemed to be blooming more after just a few hours! :)

Just as I live for that first refreshing rain after a long, hot, dusty summer, I do so love that first week of warm sunshine after a rainy season...and just in time for Almond Blossom!
Wow! May we come and play?!?!?! It's getting a little warmer here...high of 50! Sounds like you had a wonderful day outside. Did everyone nap for you?
