She has arrived! Kathryn Grace made her appearance on Tues. May 20th at 4:45 PM. She was 7 lbs. 8 oz. and 20 inches long. We arrived at the hospital at 10:30 AM after a night of contractions. We are thanking God for a safe, healthy delivery. Since I'm a bit sleep deprived and distracted, I'm not going to be trying to commentate on this next few entries - I'll let the pictures do the talking:-)

We were thrilled to hear your happy news on Tuesday, just a few hours after you had her. Your secretary was cutting our hair and filled us in!
She is beyond gorgeous-- what a beautiful, beautiful baby (and no I am not just saying that!)

Oh Heidi, she is just a doll! I adore her name. You look beautiful...and exhausted! Praying that she is laid-back and easy-going like every 3rd baby should be. :D
You should submit those pictures to a maternal child health journal or a breastfeeding journal, because you perfectly captured that "quiet alert" state after delivery. That's the time you need to feed your sweet baby, before she enters the sleepy phase post delivery. She is precious!
