We couldn't stay away from the snow so I bundled up the kids this morning. (As well as I could manage - we don't get much snow or rain so we were lacking in the waterproof pants/shoes department.) It didn't stop us from having a great time though. Most of the time we don't get great packing snow but today was different. Anika can't get over our snowman - she has to tell everyone that it has a black hat, a carrot nose, shovel hands, and rocks for a mouth. (Mom had a lot of fun too - until we had to come inside and take off layers of cold, wet clothing. . . ah, well.)

Hi Lloyd and Heidi (and the kids of course),
Hope you are doing well. I can not believe how big your kids are getting, and congrats on the one on the way! It's hard to believe how the years have flown by. I still think about you often. I will be in Seattle and Lynden WA at the end of December for a couple of days, although I don't suppose that is anywhere close to you.
Have a Blessed Christmas!
Heidi, the snow looks like a lot of fun. We had that much snow a few weeks back and took some fun pics with the snowmen we made. Kids love this sort of thing. So, nice work. But I have to tell you, looking at your pictures, your idea of bundling up kids is VERY different from our Russian idea of the same thing :) Our poor kids have way more layers on when they are outside :)
